TMC monitors DSC, Honeywell, Alula, GE/Interlogix and most major alarm brands. Incompatible systems: 2GIG, Bosch, Qolsys. Check your system before switching.

The Monitoring Center is compatible with 98% of existing alarm systems including DSC, Honeywell/Resideo, Alula, and GE/Interlogix. We do not currently support 2GIG, Bosch, or Qolsys.

What If My System Is Older?

Age is rarely a barrier. Many systems we monitor are 10-20 years old. In some cases, a cellular communicator upgrade replaces an outdated phone-line connection with modern LTE cellular.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does TMC support ADT alarm systems?

It depends. TMC can monitor most panels installed with ADT monitoring that are not proprietary ADT hardware. Call with your panel model to confirm.

Can older alarm systems still be monitored?

Yes. Most panels from the last 25 years are compatible. Age is not a disqualifier as long as the panel communicates and sensors function.

What is a cellular alarm communicator?

A device added to your panel that sends signals over LTE cellular instead of a phone line. TMC recommends cellular for maximum reliability.

Do I need to replace my sensors when switching?

No. In most takeovers your existing sensors remain in place. Only the panel programming and communicator may need updating.

What is the BAT-Connect communicator?

An Alula-brand LTE communicator that TMC installs on compatible panels to enable cellular monitoring and app control.
