I could no longer open the app. It would load, an shut off before you could use it. Eventually, they could not figure out the problem. They said it was a glitch in the app. Itself. I had the cameras removed, an presently awaiting a credit. The point of this story, is to let others know; in spite if the trouble I had, the people were all wonderful to deal with. Janice helped me through every step of the way. Ryan, was the go to guy, who diagnosed the problem. Novena, wad taking care of the credit.
