- Please click on the button below to advise of the change in your Phone Line provider...it is imperative to Test your alarm system prior to the technician leaving the site to ensure your alarm is still communicating with our Monitoring Station. Please see Test My Alarm System for instructions on how to do so.
- It is important to contact TMC prior to changing your phone provider to ensure the provider you are considering will support your alarm system. Due to today's extremely competitive phone provider marketplace there are new providers opening every day. Not all phone providers support alarm systems and it would be in your best interest to contact us prior to committing to any one phone provider.
- Our Service Department will make every effort to contact you within 48 hours from submitting your advisory form. They will be more than happy to discuss your phone provider options with you and can be very helpful with your ultimate choice.
